What and how to submit.
Individuals, communities, organisations-
Are you fighting injustice and implementing change? Do you work to promote human rights and gender equality? Or are you a charity or an individual with a success story or a campaign to share? Or do you know about injustices that other people ought to be aware of?
If so, The Fresh Outlook wants to hear from you.
We are looking for an outline of your story or news (max 250 words) which our journalists can then investigate further with you. Our journalists then write issue led articles that begin with the background to an issue and then follow on with a focus area.
Examples of focus areas:
- A successful project or approach to the issue.
- More detail on the issue to raise awareness.
- A ‘mini case study’ of an individual affected by the issue (life experience).
- An inspirational story about someone involved.
- A campaign or initiative in response to the issue.
- Your opinion on what change or action is needed.
- A call for support for what you do.
Remember, you do not have to write the story. Just gives us an overview (in less than 250 words) of the issue and one or more of the above types of focus areas.
